Imperfections on the coating are normal for these are made by hand.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wash only by hand and avoid using rough sponges.
2. Let the mug cooldown first to room temperature before pouring hot or cold water. 
3. The prints may peel off if scratched by force.
4. To avoid coating chip, do not drop/bump the mug on hard surfaces. The mug's coating may chip but it's body UNBREAKABLE.
5. If you will take good care of this mug, this could last a lifetime and serve the next generation of your bloodline.
